Return policy

The return of products can be done through:

  1. Courier to the address of our headquarters at Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu no. 41

  2. Personal delivery to our headquarters

The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and is in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of certain normative acts.

Products ordered online can be returned without invoking any reason within a period of 14 days from the date of receiving them; before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without being required to justify the decision to withdraw and without bearing other costs than those provided in art.13 para.(3) and art.14 of O.U.G No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day the consumer physically takes possession of the product.

Return costs are borne by the consumer. We recommend keeping the original packaging to protect the integrity of the products.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered; The consumer is only responsible for the depreciation of the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, according to art. 14, para. 3 of OUG 34/2014. The seller will refund the product value within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date Martin Corturi Evenimente SRL is informed by the Consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return.

Please notify us in writing by email: contact@corturi24.ro, regarding your decision to return a product, no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of picking up / receiving the product. Forms completed after this period are not taken into account.

After we receive your notification, you will receive the necessary information regarding the return of the products. Please mention the return request number on the transport letter - AWB.

Return payment value: 100% of the amount paid by the consumer will be refunded if the product arrives in the same condition as it was delivered. In case the product shows signs of wear, use, scratches, dents, an evaluation of these nonconformities will be made, and Martin Corturi Evenimente will communicate the position and evaluation of the return to the consumer. In the case of products returned without the original packaging, 85% of the initially paid value will be refunded by the consumer. The money amount for the returned products will be refunded after checking the products following the agreed-upon method of refund or according to legal procedures. Parcels sent with cash on delivery (a shipping system in which the recipient is obligated, upon receipt, to pay the sender the corresponding value) are NOT accepted.

Return procedure: Please mention the return request number on the transport letter - AWB, in the form RT XXXXX;

After receiving and checking the products, you will be contacted regarding the progress and completion of this procedure (complete information about our address and working hours: contact page)

TO REMEMBER! In cases where the returned products are damaged or incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, dents, electrical shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the value of the product (VAT included), an amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages.

Also, we reserve the right to refuse the return in the case of abuses (repeated returns).

Please check the physical integrity of the packages when you receive them from the courier company in the presence of the courier and request the drawing up of a damage report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

*In the case of legal entities, we reserve the right not to accept the return of products brought on special order or those sold in a very small number.

**Changing billing information from an individual to a legal entity can be requested within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the products.

***The resolution period is up to 10 working days and only applies to invoices that have receipts issued by the courier company to the legal entity.
