Delivery methods

Delivery of Products: It is carried out through the courier companies we collaborate with (Dragon Star, DPD, Atlassib Post, or Urgent Cargus).

Delivery Time: Orders placed by 4:00 PM are guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day. The delivery time is generally a maximum of 24 hours, anywhere in the country.

If the product you ordered does not arrive within 2 working days (Sunday is not a working day for courier companies), please notify us, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure that the desired product reaches you in a timely manner.

Personal Pickup of Products (please call in advance:+40770458951): Personal pickup is possible from our warehouse located at

Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu no. 41, sector 5, Bucharest, across from the Petrom gas station. Warehouse Hours

Monday-Friday 10 AM - 4 PM Saturday 10 AM - 12 PM (only upon customer request) For individuals, personal pickup is only possible with prior payment of the invoice by bank transfer/deposit into an ING bank account. We do not accept cash transactions from individuals.

For legal entities, pickup can be done with cash payment upon product delivery.
